Individual counselling is a two part approach. First, we explore the root cause of negative thoughts or behaviours in your life. Secondly, we create ways to manage and decrease the day to day symptoms of depression, anxiety, or what ails you. Counselling with me is collaborative, which means we will work as a team to create a plan that is the right fit for you and meets your goals. Otherwise, we will not be successful. I view you as the expert in your life and my role is to support and help create change in your life.
