My counselling practice is informed by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Positive Psychology theories. I am also inspired by Brene Brown, Pema Chödrön, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Tara Brach.  I am passionate about working with you to create your most meaningful life. I offer practical strategies to successfully navigate challenges that life brings.  

I may integrate mindfulness and somatic practices into sessions and follow up practice. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative and is focused on your specific interests for personal growth and development.

We all have the inner strength and ability to learn how to manage life in healthy ways. I will help you to cultivate your deep intuitive knowing and inner wisdom to live optimally.
